We get a lot of feedback from big and tall men lamenting the lack of plus size men's swimwear and sun protection styles that fit!  Covering up for a day at the beach is a necessity so finding a rash shirt that actually fits is a problem for big and tall plus size men.

We recently received a call from Paul from Queensland saying he couldn’t find a rash shirt to fit his tall frame.  His local store only stocked sizes up to 3XL so he was frustrated at the lack of choice for his 198cm size.   As an Australian manufacturer, SeaJewels Swimwear has the ability to make to order so we got Paul to measure a t-shirt that fit him well.  He measured the length, the width of the hem and across the chest.  We then made a rash shirt to those measurements and sent it to him.  He was thrilled with the result so he can now go on holidays with his family and be happy to swim in a custom made rash shirt.

To get a custom fit simply follow this guide

1. Flat lay a favourite t-shirt on a table.
2. Measure across the hem of the t-shirt
3. Measure the seam from underarm to hem.
4. Measure across the chest from underarm to underarm.
5. On our website www.seajewelsswimwear.com.au order a size 6XL rash shirt in the colour of your choice.  Click here to view. In the special instructions section of the checkout let us know that you would like a custom fit and make a note of your measurements.  We will then contact you to confirm.
